"Don't Forget To Look Up" is a highly articulate description of anxiety and panic attacks and how to overcome. It combines the healing guidance of Scripture with sound medical and psychotherapeutic information. It is a very interesting description of the author's journey from affliction to healing, which should prove helpful as a resource for those counseling Christians and of great benefit to believers suffering from anxiety & panic attacks.

Your last newsletter on "Boundaries and Stress" was such a great lesson! I really appreciate this word from you, it was so timely for me. Thank you for letting the Holy Spirit Guide and direct your teachings. If for no one else, it was for me!
Your book laid everything out in very good detail, and my attacks exactly matched yours. Mine started in college...just bam...didn't know what was going on. It was nice to be able to relate to your situation. With time, patience and God as my support, life has gotten a lot better for me. I hope everyone else out there can get the same results as me, and not look at this as a burden, but something that you can live with and take it in stride.
Your book has been a very valuable resource for me. I read it last year but continue to look for reminders from time to time. It was the only one I found that dealt with the issue from a Christian point of view! Thanks again.
Thank you for your great anxiety resources. I refer to my book and CDs often!
For almost a year now, I have been receiving your montly e-letter, and I want to express my appreciation to you. And also to let you know that you are heard not only in the U.S., but worldwide. It all started last year when I was finishing my PhD research. With serious discomfort in the mind resulting from academic stress and other forms of fear, and under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, I LOOKED UP- and found your website. Your audio and writings on site helped me so much to manage fear and stress, and to be able to complete my program successfully. The challenges associated with finding a job afterwards were met with ease because I put my trust in the Lord. And I must say that I have improved immensely in my fear management which some time ago, took hold of me. Every month, I look forward anxiously for your monthly e-letter. I pray the Almighty God to continue to be your source of wisdom, and to strengthen you to bring freedom to many in the world who are enslaved in the shackles of fear.
You have a lot of good information and it comes from a heart that has been healed of the things you speak of. What a blessing you are to those God puts in your path. Speaking of those He puts in your path, after the radio show ended, a lady called and said that what you shared was exactly what she needed to hear. I was amazed that even though I tried to change the interview date, God wouldn't let me mess up what He had put together. I love that He is bigger than me!

Great website, Angela. I often hear about how you help people. I will refer them to your site, too. If you have any materials you would like to leave at our counseling office, I would be happy to have them available to our clients. May God continue to bless you in this ministry!

For eight years I have been a sufferer of anxiety and panic, reaching out to people who never really understood. I always knew God was with me, but never thought I would be able to overcome because I felt it was something I had gotten myself into. Now I know there is hope and listening to your audio online helps me know I am not facing something incurable. As I sit here almost in tears, I want to thank you for sharing your testimony. I just wanted to thank you for all of the helpful resources on your website! Your posting on fear of driving hit home. I drive to work and on short errands, but distances I usually avoid because of anxiety. It is easy to start feeling hopeless, but I was praying about my situation right before I came across your site, and God has really encouraged me through it. Thank you for speaking up about a subject that is often avoided!
I finally got the material last night...praise God!!! I have already finished your book. It was a great blessing and I am even thinking about letting my husband read it (I will read it a few more times before that)! Maybe that will give him an idea about what I am going through.
I received your cd, "You're Not Responsible for What You Can't Control." It is a great message! I passed it on to some women in my Celebrate Recovery program. They are codependent and will enjoy and be better informed.

I thank God so much for your book. I feel as if you are writing my story. As I read, I am so thankful that I know someone has gone through what I am going through and made it! As I read this morning, tears just flowed. I am taking it one day at a time. I had no idea that it would be so personal. I thank God you would share your life with me and many others. May the blessing of the Lord make you rich in the spirit and in the natural!

What you shared at our women's conference was truly encouraging and I have stored your information in my resource files, as well as passing it on to two Christian psychologist friends.

Thank you and God bless you for having this ministry. I don't know what I would do. It is awesome to know there are Christian resources like this. I don't think this topic gets spoken of enough in our churches and so many people live with it and are enslaved by it and would benefit from learning how to deal with it. For a long, long time I thought it was a lack of faith on my part. It is so horrible to feel that way.
